From Skagen Nordstrand, you have an exceptional view of heathland, dunes, water, and the charming old town of Gl. Skagen. A home set in the unspoiled nature of Northern Jutland invites you to a series of serene spaces filled with indulgence, quality time, and deep reflection.
The area is developed with the stunning natural surroundings as its focal point. The homes, designed by the renowned architectural firm Kjaer & Richter A/S, offer an exclusive panoramic view of the sea and direct access to the area's vast dune heath landscapes — a unique feature found only in Skagen.

The house will be completed in late summer 2024 in collaboration between the five owners of the neighboring houses Strandklit 9–17.
The interior is modern and simple, with varying layouts designed to accommodate different residential needs. The fishermen's houses are intended for the dune heath, with small dunes surrounding the property, creating an intimate atmosphere with direct access to the sea and the magnificent sandy beach.
The fishermen's house is 122 m² (excluding carport), spread over two floors, with a sea view from the first floor and partly the groundfloor.
The houses are clad in black-painted wood or untreated larch wood, with a roof of roofing felt or wooden shingles.
Ground Floor – A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Functionality
The ground floor of our summer house is thoughtfully designed to combine style, comfort, and practicality. It features a spacious bathroom with a luxurious shower and direct access to the large terrace, where you'll find an inviting spa pool—perfect for relaxation under the open sky.
The entrance hall includes a technical room, ensuring smooth operation of all modern amenities. The living room offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, seamlessly connected to a well-equipped kitchen that caters to all culinary needs.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 8 people, providing the ideal setting for shared meals and memorable moments with family and friends.
Every detail of the ground floor is crafted to create an effortless balance between functionality and indulgence, making it the heart of the summer house experience.
First Floor – A Serene Retreat with Panoramic Views
The first floor of our summer house is designed as a peaceful sanctuary, offering both comfort and style. It features a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, ensuring convenience and relaxation.
There are two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with high-quality beds and smart TVs offering streaming services—perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea.
The master bedroom is the crown jewel of the first floor, boasting a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Here, you can wake up to stunning scenery and fall asleep under the tranquil night sky.
Every room on this floor is crafted with comfort and luxury in mind, creating a harmonious blend of modern amenities and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The Terrace – Outdoor Living at Its Finest
The terrace of our summer house is designed as an inviting outdoor oasis, blending relaxation and functionality to perfection. It features an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a swim or simply enjoying a refreshing moment under the open sky. The spa pool offers a luxurious space to unwind, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature.
In front of the house, you'll find a comfortable lounging area, perfect for sunbathing, reading, or simply soaking up the serene atmosphere. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture for 8 people, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to relax in comfort.
An overhead-covered dining area provides the ideal spot for evening gatherings. As the summer dew begins to fall, guests can retreat under the shelter, keeping the night alive with laughter, conversation, and cozy candlelight.
